Welcome!!

eHousingUSA is a real estate website that provides industry content and market knowledge through free online tools and downloadable worksheets. The portal offers something for real estate professionals, investors, and also the ordinary home buyer or seller. Whether you plan to buy a home or a rental property, our site can help! The website is organized in two main sections: the information links and the tools links.

The first group of links is located in the upper section of the webpage including  free news service, key premium real estate search, property listing data base at no cost to you, real estate news blog and an eStore to search for real estate books, real estate magazine subscriptions and real estate tools.

The second group is located on the left hand side of the page and includes a "must see" market analysis report, a quadrant approach to evaluate real estate investments, online tools and free worksheets to utilize before making a real estate purchase.

Crunching the numbers in Real Estate

In clothing, if the label says “one size fits all”, it probably doesn't fit anyone very well. The same thing is true in real estate investing. Each customer has their own set of unique needs and each local market behaves differently, depending on the current economic trends of a specific area. Therefore, every consumer must address his or her real estate needs in a different way.

1. Status quo. Understanding what your current situation is determines the foundation of your investment. Visit the quadrant link to read more about my buying strategy and review the how it works link to understand how the variables interact.

2. Best deal. Is buying really less expensive than renting? Traditionally, we subtract the original purchase price from the current value of the home, but we fail to include every single variable that affects the bottom line. Visit the online tools link to crunch the numbers to the penny.

3. Financing. The interest rate on your loan combined with the home price appreciation can determine your break even point on a net cost basis. Visit the downloads link to get a free Home Price Calculator and an easy to use Loan Calculator to better forecast your break even point.

4. The Market. Whether you are having a difficult time to sell your home or just wondering how your real estate investment is doing. Our strategic market analysis will provide you with a wide spectrum of information about your property.  Read through its features and benefits and check out our free sample report.
